Robert Thompson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Thompson of Hurley, South Dakota, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Thompson and Mayme Thompson (Peterson); his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Plath; and his grandson Ryan Graber. He is survived by: his children, Linda (Calvin Graber), Hurley, Diane Thompson and Randi Thompson (Christi); his grandchildren, Tracy, Kayla, Katelyn, Amy, Angela, Chelsea and Cody; and his sister Deloris Ricci (Rick) of LeMars, IA.. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Because of Covid-19 family and friends are requested to wear masks while attending the visitation and service.
Undesignated memorials may be given to the Ryan Graber Memorial 4-H Scholarship that is awarded annually at the Turner County Fair.
