He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Spomer and Christina Spomer; his wife Carol Williams; and his siblings, Warren (Dianne) and Norma Nehring (Fred).
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Petersen (Wayne), Hurley, Jane Spielman (Steve) and Jean Spomer; his grandchildren, Jeremy Haug (Nicole), Erik Haug (Jamie), Nicholas Haug (Cait), Nikki Spielman and Kelly Spielman; and his siblings, Roland Spomer of Viborg and Doris Bahn (Dennis) of Bloomington, MN. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
