He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nels Olaf Homandberg and Delores Leone Homandberg (Hamilton); and his brother Michael Scott Homandberg. He is survived by: his former wife Denise Vant Hof (Smith) of Hudson; his children, Matt Homandberg (Kelli Cline) of Hudson, Mike Homandberg (Shanna) of Fort Walton Beach, Chris Homandberg (Diana Gama Salmeron) of Los Angeles and Katie Homandberg (Savannah Slate) of Honolulu, Hawaii; his siblings, Mark Homandberg of Garretson, Tracy Homandberg (Barb) of Hudson, Nancy Forsythe (Butch) of Akron and Jean Doty (Dean) of Alcester; his grandchildren, Rylee, Cole, Marley, Sophie, Hayden, Ian and Lucas; and his close friend Nancy Krumm. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
