He is survived by: his mother Barbara Halseth (Pond) of Hawarden, Iowa; his wife Deb; his siblings, Jeff Halseth (Carol) of Harrisburg, Pam Van Ballegooyen (John) of Hawarden and Michelle Loosbrock (Rich) of Rochester, Minnesota; his parents-in-law, Bill and Jan Ver Mulm of Hudson; and his siblings-in-law, Brad Ver Mulm of Hudson, Luann Finch of Hudson and Carla Hummel (Shane) of Alcester.
