She was predeceased by: her mother Rosalyn "Rosie" Mentele. She is survived by: her husband Brent Hoffman of Howard, SD; her father Thomas Mentele of Howard, SD; her children, Dylan, Lee, Alyssa Hoffman and Suzanne Pastrano (Xavier) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandson Rowan Pastrano; and her brother Terry Mentele (Anibal) of Boston, MA. She is also survived by her nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
