He is survived by: his wife Amy Hall; his children, Jenny Grendler (Jeff) of Brookings, SD, Joey Bickett (Ryan) of Oldham, SD, Jeremy Klinkhammer (Lexy) of Hartford, SD and Jody Becker (Matt) of Howard, SD.; his grandchildren, Adonis, Audrey, Kennedy, Easton, Hailie, Wes, Delaney, Isabelle (Kaleb), Ellie, Anna, Michael, Sydney, Kinzey, Langdon, Bentley and Berkley; his great grandchild Reginald; his siblings, Rick Klinkhammer (Mary), Terry Klinkhammer (Donna), Patty Klinkhammer, Kim Klinkhammer (Phyllis), Jim Klinkhammer (Kim), Lynette Klinkhammer, Paul Klinkhammer (Tami) and Amy Noonan (Steve); and his family, Derek Mentele, Nick Davids and Tanner Davids (Mackenzie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Agatha Catholic Church (202 W Washington Ave, Howard, SD 57349). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (23296 435th Ave, Howard, SD 57349).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the SD Peace Officers Assn.
