She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wade Merryfield, Duane Merryfield and Mary Zimmerman; and her daughter Tanya Scheel. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Scheel of Howard, SD; her daughters, Cathi Abraham (Ulysses) of Brown Valley, MN and Sandy Schirmacher (Jim) of Yankton, SD; her grandchildren, Lyle (Kaitlyn), Shari, Nathan, Kassi, David, Jim Jr., Nikki and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Sammi, Curtis, Alyster, Archer, Leon, Melanie, Vincent, Anna and Marie; her sisters, Fay Hanson (Terry) and Donna Tosh; her close friend Lea Selken; her son Leetch Robbie Drown; and also, Lynn Mentele and Lee Thames.
