She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Larsen (Chapin) and Emil Larsen; her husband Robert "Bob" Ellsworth; her son Greg Ellsworth; her great grandchild Tyrese Parson; and her siblings-in-law, Joanne Larsen and Don Ward.

She is survived by: her siblings, Delores Ward, Don Larsen, Larry Larsen and Jerry Larsen (Jeanette); and her children, Bonnie Behm (Greg) of Omaha, NE, Tim Ellsworth of Ankeny, IA and Elisa Coequyt of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; as well as a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
