She is survived by: her father Gale Polage; her children, Jessica Shumaker (Mark) of Howard, SD, Jackie Wolfe (Brian) of Bradshaw, NE, Jeri Dieters (Marq Raddatz) of Sioux Falls, SD and Bud Belding (Alyssa) of Madison, SD.; her grandchildren, Braydon, Kyra, Brea Shumaker, Roman, Slate, Remedy Wolfe, Bailey, Blake, Clayton, Caden Dieters and Bentley Belding; her stepmother Marilyn Polage; her siblings, Della Crutcher (Michael), Terry Polage (Bobbie), Tracy Polage and Janelle Kahler (Marshell); her father-in-law Mike Umstead (Dawn); and her stepson Eric Schmidt. She is also survived by family and Josh Vergith; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
