He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Barker and Ila Barker (Williams); his son Steven; his spouse Shirley Wagner; his siblings, Tom Barker, Jeanne Gerling and Mary Stoner; his stepson Jerry Blindert; his stepdaughter-in-law Marilyn Wagner; his siblings-in-law, Loren Olesen, LaVern Gerling and Carol Olesen; and his close friends, Rex, Maggie and Cricket.
He is survived by: his former wife Marjorie Olesen; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Martin "Beau" Connor; his grandchildren, Martin D. Connor (Stephanie), Amber Dwire (Tony), Nicholas Connor (Erika) and Maggie Connor; his brothers, Jack (Verna) and Mike Barker (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, LeRoy (Peggy), LeRue Olesen (Gwen) and Yvonne Barker; and his stepchildren, Dennis, Gary (Katie), Tim (Theresa), Rick Wagner (Cathy), Karla Blindert and Mary Olson (Dan). He is also survived by 18 step grandchildren, and 20 step great-grandchildren.
