She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Joseph Holzhauser (Celebrant) and Louise (Timp); her husband Larry Hawkinson; her daughter-in-law Lorraine Hawkinson; and her siblings, Bernice Schmidt, Marlyn Schmidt and Marvin.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Hawkinson (Jeanie) of Watertown, SD, David Hawkinson (Tami) of Lenexa, Dennis Hawkinson (JoLynn), Dean Hawkinson of Hoven and Don Hawkinson (Jackie) of Bismarck, ND; and her siblings, Leonard Schmidt (Donna) of Roscoe, SD, Norbert Schmidt (Gloria) of Spearfish, SD, Vern Schmidt (Carolyn) of Hoven, Ken Schmidt (Evie) of Aberdeen, SD and Bonnie Taylor of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
