He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Joseph Holzhauser (Celebrant) and Sylvia; his father-in-law Ralph Dewald; his son-in-law Travis Karst; and his siblings-in-law, Terrance Dewald and Janet Dewald.
He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Dewald of Augustine's Catholic Church; his children, Jesse Huber of Hoven and Jodie Karst of Hoven; his sisters, Betty Schwarz (Richard) of New Brighton, MN, Teresa Perry (Dave) of Sioux Falls, SD, Mary "Jeanie" Tuff (Don) of Watertown, SD and Linda Dean (Wayne) of Aberdeen, SD; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Brynn, Emma, Colt Huber and Jayden Karst; his mother-in-law Bernice Dewald of Bowdle; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Dewald of Mimbres and Nancy Dewald of Gilbert, Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
