He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Turnquist and Phyllis Turnquist (Tunseng). He is survived by: his son Dirk Turnquist (Olga) of Hot Springs; his siblings, Dennis, Dean, Sondra, Pam and Marilyn; his grandson Robert; his sister Jill; his great grandchild Jadeyha; and his grandchildren, Desi, Corryn, Joseph and Ella.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bethesda Lutheran Church (1537 Baltimore Ave, Hot Springs, SD 57747). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
