She is survived by: her husband Frank Maynard; her sister Linda Young (Bill); her brother-in-law Fred Maynard; her sons, Joe Fiala (Andrea) and Jeff Collins (Stacie); her stepson Jason Maynard (Susan); her stepson-in-law James Miiller; her grandchildren, Kirstyn Ward (Josh), Megan Fiala (Kyle Weier), Levi Collins (Ryan), Britny Collins, Austin Miiller, Kardel Miiller (Amanda), Rebecca Maynard and Jonathan Maynard; and her great grandchild Lucas Maynard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
