He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Ruther and Dorothy Ruther (Schroeder); his wife Marlene Morse; his children, Tim Ruther (Dena), Shirley McClain (Bill) and Frank Ruther; his nephews, Charles, Gregory and Marinus May; and his niece Geraldean Walker (Brad).
