He is survived by: his sister Alice Winter of Batesland, SD; his nieces and nephews, Bev Heath (Brett) of Martin, SD, Paul Winter (Gail) of Martin, SD and Rich (Javier); his sister-in-law Carol Lulf of Scottsbluff, NE; his nephews, Mike of Cheyenne, WY and Jeff (Jean-Paul) of Bellevue Nebraska; and his niece Linda of Scottsbluff, NE.
