It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Maris Kalvels of Hot Springs, South Dakota, who passed away on July 31, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kalvels and Renata Kalvels (Donass); his godparents, Eglons Lukins and Bronia Knapski; his sister-in-law DiAnn Kalvels; and his niece Lisa Lehman.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mehlhaff of Hot Springs; and his siblings, Dennis Kalvels of Broomfield, CO, John Kalvels (Roxie) of Battle Ground, WA, Mark Kalvels (Donna) of Estes Park, CO and Liga Ottenbacher (Bruce) of Damascus, OR. He is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews; and twenty four grand nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to The United Churches and St. Anthony's Church both of Hot Springs.
