She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Arseneault and Sharon Arseneault (Halls); her stepson Stevie Gossel; and her nephew Elija Thomas Arseneault. She is survived by: her husband Joe Neuman of Bellaire; her siblings, Neva Mitchard (Alan) of Gillette, WY, Norma Gausman of Hot Springs, SD and Charles Arseneault (Sandy) of Fort Pierre, SD; her stepdaughter Stacy Harmon; her nieces and nephews, Courtney Coombs (Marbin), Lindsey Johnson (Kyle), Justin Gausman (Deana) and Christopher Gausman; and her pets, Tibby, Elly Mae and Kallie. She is also survived by seven great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mortensen Funeral Homes (106 S Bridge St, Bellaire, MI 49615). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bellaire District Fire Department.
