He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James H. Snow and Esther Snow (Scruby); his wife DeVonne (Condon) of Hot Springs; his children, Shannon Livesay (Dave Owen) of Hot Springs and James 'Patrick Snow of Pierre, SD; his brother William 'Bill' Snow (Sheri); and his nephew Doug Snow. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
