He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Sr. Colliton and Alice Colliton (Gilligan); his wife Jean of Hot Springs; his children, Frank Leo Colliton III of Vermillion, SD, Kathleen Ann Weisbruch (Joseph) of Hamden, CT and Laura Jean Mounce (Michael) of Westchester, PA; his sister Mary Catherine Colliton; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Mason and Megan.
Services are pending and will be held after the Corona Virus restrictions are lifted.
