He is survived by: his wife Ellen Heafner; his daughter Annette Heafner Badger; his grandchildren, Chuck, Tori and Grace of San Diego, CA; his son Dwayne Heafner; his grandchildren, Lexi, Addison and Christian of Gillette, WY; his stepson Ryan Kubo (Yvonne); his stepgrandson Logan of Marysville, WA; his daughter Kennedy of Las Vegas, NV; his child-in-law Shawn Kubo (Alicia); his grandchildren, Lola and Gunnar of Altus, OK; his aunt Myrtle Ashe Best of Dallas, NC; and also, Franky Whaley, Danny Whaley, Sandra Whaley Baker and Joyce Reynolds.
