He is survived by: his son Jeff (Stacie); his grandchildren, Levi (Ryan Eve) and Britny; his stepson Joe Fiala (Andrea); his stepgrandchildren, Kirstyn (Josh) and Megan; his sister Mary Kay Novotny; his nephews, Mark and Carl; and his niece Cindy.
