It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Grossmann of Hosmer, South Dakota, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Grossmann and Dorothy Grossmann Mattes; his brother Peter; and his children, Samuel and Dorthea Groenendyk.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Grossmann (Carman); and his grandchildren, Samuel Robert Grossmann, Jonathan Grossmann (Glenda), Matthew, Ava, Nicholas, Ian, Dorthea Groenendyk (Harry), Jacob, Elizabeth, Jessan, Hannah, Lydia Kroese (Jay), Caleb, Claire, Aaron, Ruth Nicholson (Ryan), James Grossmann (Michelle), Daniel, Josiah, Joanna and Abigail.
