He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Halbur and Susan Halbur (Schmidt); his siblings, Arleene Rogers and Dean Halbur; his son Lee Ray Halbur; his nephew Jim Quinn; and his great-nephew Caden Miller.
He is survived by: his daughter Renea Halbur (Keith Gunderson) of Sherman; his sister Karen Dorris of Hitchcock; his sister-in-law Kola Hein of Wyoming; and his pet Jacky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and additional family and friends.
