She was predeceased by: her parents, May Tina Goodsell (Malisch) and Clarence Lester Goodsell; her husband James Bernard Spargur; her sister Delores "Dee" Bush; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Claire Blackwell and Benjamin David Spargur.

She is survived by: her children, Ed, Linda (Chuck), Carmen (Steve) and Roy (Richelle); and her brothers, Charles Goodsell (Wilma) of Pringle, SD and LaVerne Goodsell of Custer, SD. She is also survived by four children; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
