She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swan and Mamie Ellen Swan (Lee); her siblings, John Lewis Swan, Mary Ellen Guchereau, Bob T. Swan, Julia Swan Davis and Joe C. Swan; and her daughter-in-law Shawn Kalinay.
She is survived by: her husband Francis Gourneau; her children, Keith Gourneau (Jeanette), Pierre, Calvin Gourneau (Janet), Dale Gourneau (Darla Hannum), David Gourneau (Kristi) and Mary Jo Gourneau; and her siblings, Janis Fay McCoy, Ray, Pat and George Swan.
In lieu of flowers, she would be pleased to have donations made to the Hyde County Parks & Recreation (HCPR) Swimming Pool Project.
