He is survived by: his children, Susan Bast (Brian) of Highmore, Charles Hamlin (Pamela) of Highmore, Mary Beth Hamlin of Highmore and Michael Hamlin (Peggy) of Springfield, IL; his grandchildren, Christine Kosters (Jeff) of Frederick, David Volek (Amy) of Mina, Prentice Bast (Amanda), Dickson Bast of Highmore, Roman Bast (Paige) of Huron, Holly Dobesh (Calvin), Tyann Hamlin of Spearfish, Tierny Hamlin of Howes and Hadley Hamlin (McKenzee) of Glendale, AZ; his children, Mallory Brown (Derrick) and Travis Hamlin (Taylor-Ann) of Springfield, IL; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Courtney (Kevin Kimball) and Kennedy Kosters of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, McKinley Kosters of Frederick, Bailey Volek (Dylan Dickinson), Haiden, Tyson Volek of Aberdeen, Kael Campbell of Mina, Gentry, Truen Bast of Highmore, Emersyn, Suttyn, Irelyn Bast of Huron, Liam Bast of Highmore, Oliver, Everett Brown, Otto Hamlin of Springfield, IL, Chet and Hayes Dobesh of Spearfish; his sister Elaine Ashdown of Highmore; and his siblings-in-law, Leona Hamlin of Highmore, Eunice Hamlin of Ocean Park, WA, Ruth Hamlin of Arlington, WA and Martin Wortman (Betty) of Highmore.
