Mary Ruth Sternhagen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2021, at the age of 87, Mary Ruth Sternhagen of Highmore, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Bickett and Catherine Bickett (Kribell); her brother Joe; her husband Bill; and her son Michael.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary; her siblings, Helen Schaefer, Paul Bickett (Virginia), Margaret Yates (Roger), Tom Bickett (Rose), Pat Reifenrath (Darrell), Kathleen Joseph, Cel Wittrock (Doug) and Leona Eggert (Duane); her children, James Patrick Sternhagen (Annette), Mark Thomas Sternhagen, John Arnold Sternhagen (Janet) and Bethany Ann Simonson (John); and also Ruth. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mary's request was to pass the hat around at the service.
