He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Josephine Annie Zeigler (Higgs); his brother Vernal Henry of Pierre; his wife Joyce Zeigler; his brother Arnold Zeigler; his siblings-in-law, Laura Zeigler, Dwayne Van Den Berg and Roy Seachris; and his grandson-in-law Matt Cwach.
He is survived by: his brother Arnold Joseph; his children, Dana Wallace (Monna) of Rapid City, Carmen Zeigler of Pierre, Jason Zeigler (Lexi) of Rapid City, Stacy Cwach of Pierre and Lynn Zeigler (Patty) of Highmore; his grandchildren, Trenton Zeigler of Watertown, Jeff and Hannah Zeigler of Highmore; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Carissa Zeigler, Joseph and Mattie Sue Cwach; his nephew Wayne Zeigler of Seneca; his siblings-in-law, Ron Van Den (Vicki), Rex Van Den (Kathy), Arla Seachris of Colorado and Janice Van Den Berg of Idaho; and also, Daryn (Kari), Garrett of Gettysburg and Treyson of Gettysburg.
