He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, David McDonald of Wichita, KS and Janet Nicolaus (Jimmie) of Mitchell, SD.; his grandchildren, Garrett McDonald (Christine), Lauren Naill (Gentry), Colin McDonald, Kylie Nicolaus (Sarah), Sean Nicolaus and Brady Nicolaus; his great grandchild Ily Naill; and his sister Aline Callaghan.
