It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly M. Straight (Highmore, South Dakota), who passed away on January 8, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William and Elizabeth Daisy Vopat (Brick); and her sister Eileen Bortness. She is survived by: her children, Gary Lee and Lynn Marie; her husband Leland of Highmore; her children, Gary Straight (Marile) of Gregory and Lynn Pekarek (Dan) of Highmore; her grandchildren, Sarah Straight of Rapid City, Jim Straight (Halie) of Shade Hill, Dave Straight (Jill) of Parkston, Lindy Uttecht (Russ) of Wolsey and Scott Pekarek (Brandi) of Highmore; and her great grandchildren, Lainey, Kendal, Shae Uttecht, Gracelyn, Henlee, Fletcher Straight, Ryder, Avery Pekarek and Owen Straight. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
