He is survived by: his caregiver Ann; his wife Diane Papequash; his sons, Cory Yuzicappi and Steven Yuzicappi (Mikey); his sister Vivian Yuzicappi; his nieces and nephews, Merrilee and Cherlyn; his daughter Sharon Yellow Hawk (Yuzicappi); his grandchildren, Chasity Sachtjen (Corbett), Lindsey Jones (Jerome), Sequoyah Jones, Dillon Yellow Hawk, Kaylee Yellow Hawk, Faith Yellow Hawk (Doug Hrdlicka), Sky Roubideaux and Bria Roubideaux; his great grandchildren, Ty, Wyatt, Kynsley, Rylie and Ava Sachtjen; and his grandchildren, Adrian, Jaden, Layton Yellow Hawk and Evangyline Roubideaux (Evan).
