He is survived by: his wife Margie Derby; his daughter Heather Maddox (Josh); his grandchildren, Makayla and Dalton; his children, Christopher Jackson and Crystal Jackson; his grandchildren, Autumn and Tanner; his brother Dan Mintzlaff (Kellie); his nieces and nephews, Nolan Casey, Brett Casey and Allison Hawkins (Heath); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Braelyn and Dayton; his niece Danielle Mintzlaff; and also, Nicci (Josh) and Everest.
