She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hazen and Marion Opal Hazen (Pittman); and her siblings, Gary Hazen and Debra Hatcher. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Kelly of Hermosa; her sons, William "Bill" Kelly (Sandy) of Philip and Scott Kelly (Susan) of Sioux Falls; her siblings, Beverly Chapman (Robert) of Cheyenne, Alice "Jeannie" Kastl (Charles), Harold Hazen (Diane) of Worland and George Hazen (Judy) of Worland, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Matt, Marla, Dace, Mariah, Nicolle, Rachael, Chase and Caleb; and her great grandchildren, Koyer, Quintin, Tess and Taya. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is established to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Cancer Society.
