He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Schultz and Rita Schultz; and his sisters, Helen and Lori. He is survived by: his siblings, Marian Schultz of Marion, IA, Ray Schultz (Doreen) of Edgemont, SD, Don Schultz, Joe Schultz (Cooki), Doe Slusarski (Greg) of Monticello, IN and Karen LoPresti; and his nieces and nephews, Mattea of Edgemont, SD, Matthew LoPresti, Stephen Slusarski and Katie Slusarski.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital are preferred.
