It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Roe (Hazel, South Dakota), born in Watertown, South Dakota, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Kittelson and Harriet Kittelson (Muller); her husband Donald Roe; her brothers, Gilbert Kittelson, David Kittelson and Albert Kittelson; and her parents-in-law, Bob Nelson, LeRoy and Donna Hogstad.

She is survived by: her children, Julie Tetzlaff (Harley) of Sioux Falls, Joy Robbins (Jerry) of Watertown, Dalen Roe (Kristin) of Ortonville, MN, Jolene Spilde (Bob) of Watertown and David Roe (Leslee) of Hazel; her siblings, Betty Nelson of Indianola, IA, Karyl Ann Sandal (Bill) of Philip, SD and Floyd Kittelson (Donna); her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Kittelson of Watertown, Gail Kittelson of Henry and JoAnn Kittelson of Watertown; and her fathers-in-law, Howard Roe (Audrey) of Manning, IA and Leland Roe (Gail) of Hazel. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
