He is survived by: his siblings, Haldon Lewin (Nancy) of Albuquerque, NM and Stephanie Lewin of Fort Meyer, Florida; his nephew Mark Lewin (Shelley) of Morgan Hill, CA; and his sister-in-law Nancy Weber (Larry) of Belleville, IL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
