It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Ross Alderson (Hartford, South Dakota), who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Alderson and Alice Alderson; and his parents-in-law, Ted and Gladys Paulsen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Paulsen of Hartford; his children, Laura Nordlund of Salem, Beth Fiddelke (Jason) of Dell Rapids, Amy Schmidt (Philip) of Alden, MN and Brian Alderson (Erin) of Hartford, SD; his grandchildren, Jackson, Brock (Max Nordlund), Ellie, Kylee (Kaitlyn Fiddelke), Layne, Cortney (Clayton Schmidt) and Evan (Lincoln Alderson); his sister Carol Roe (Doug) of Gillette, WY; and his nephews, Mike and Rob.
Due to the pandemic, there will be an open visitation for the public from 4:00 to 6:00 Thursday evening, July 2, 2020, at Miller Hartford Chapel, 600 S. Western Avenue, Hartford, SD.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Hartford United Methodist Church.
