He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Florence; and his brothers, Robert, John, Charles and William.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Kent Siemonsma (Kathy) of Humboldt, SD and Cheri Winter (Jason) of Folsom, CA; and his siblings, Mary Ann Tennessen, Jean Baustian, Bernice Blomgren (Harry), Theresa Hay (Robert), Joan Comer (Randy), James (Marcene), Steve (Linda), Vince (Diane), Don (Vicki) and Patrick Siemonsma (Charlotte). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
