We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2020, at the age of 90, Howard L. Davis of Hartford, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Davis and Thelma Davis (Sprague); and his former wife Karlene Davis. He is survived by: his former spouse Karlene Mae Tewell; his wife Donna Mae Nilson of Hartford, SD; his children, Kristine Riggert (Michael) of Odell, NE, Larry Davis (Sara) of Hartford, SD, Kim Larson (Michael) of Wentworth, SD and Lisa Heck (Leonard) of Apple Valley, MN; his stepsons, Shad Nilson (Lisa) of Hartford, SD and Shon Nilson (Emily) of Sioux Falls, SD; and his siblings, Jack Davis of Friday Harbor, Kirk Davis (Karen) of Elk River, MN, Karol Eichelberg (Elmer) of St. Michael, MN and Karlene Ullrich of Albertville, MN.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Hartford American Legion or to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
