He is survived by: his mother Bonne Spisak (Wehrkamp); his friend Pete; his son Jude Martin Thomas Spisak of Sioux Falls; his father Ron Spisak; his siblings, Thomas Spisak (Andrea) of Hartford, SD and Sara Houk (Trent) of Sioux Falls; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Enyeart (Michelle), Theodore "TJ" McCoy (Aerla), Treton Anderson, Ethan, Preston, Cassie Houk, Alison and Samuel Spisak.
