He is survived by: his wife Dana; his sisters, Pam Crist and Deb Myers (Sterling); his aunt Adeline Rothenberger; his uncle Jerauld Salathe (Marlys); his mother-in-law Gloria Bowar; his sister-in-law Nancy Bowar; his nieces and nephews, Darcie Sargent (Keith), Elysa Myers, Tiarra Bowar, Elisha Tiede (Brent), Alexis Rumbolz, Dr. Sterling Walker Myers III (Marianne), Jared Myers, Darren Crist, Chaz Bowar (Amy) and Troy Christensen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordon Pond, Ashlyn Tiede, Logan, Cole Sargent, Jesse Bowar and Colton Tiede.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Arlen's name.
