Ruby DeVries Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby DeVries of Harrison, South Dakota, who passed away on August 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tiddens Uilenberg and Maaike Tuinstra Uilenberg (Maggie); her son David; her husband Raymond E. DeVries; and her siblings, Richard, Dirk and Renzina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary O'Neill (Douglas) of Brookings, SD, Ruth Fehrenkamp (Scott) of Palm Coast, FL and Laura Cosgriff (Patrick) of Layton, UT; her daughter-in-law Rose Rasmussen-DeVries of Gillette, WY; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Uilenberg and Clara Kiel. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Harrison Community Church Building Fund or the Harrison Cemetery Fund.
