He is survived by: his parents, Marilyn Berg (Spomer) and Leo Berg; his wife Theresa (Hoftiezer); his children, Rachael and Benjamin; his brothers, Rodney Berg (Molly) and Ryan Berg (Jen); and his father-in-law Dwaine Hoftiezer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
