He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lind and Marjorie Lind (Gerber); his wife Deloris Pierson; his siblings, Don Lind and Barb Butenschoen; and his son-in-law George Zahn.
He is survived by: his children, Janell Zahn of Harrisburg and Brian Lind of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Aaron Zahn (Lisa), Avery Zahn and Ashley Blitsch (Michael); his great grandchildren, Caleb, Stephen, Madeline, Paisley and Everly; and his sister Mary Schriever of Sioux Falls.
