She was predeceased by: her parents, Benedict Horacek and Rosine Horacek (Walz); her husband Kevin Hoekstra; and her sister Roxanne Horacek. She is survived by: her children, Dustin Hoekstra (Rebecca) of Sioux Falls, SD and Lindsey Vargason (Benton) of Alton, IA; her grandchildren, Wyatt Hawke and Averie Vargason; her stepgrandchildren, Kyra Gough (Braedan), Kaeden Jacobson and Kasen Jacobson; her stepgreat-granddaughter Andrea Jacobson; her siblings, Darrell Horacek (Val) of Hartford, SD, Jeff Horacek (Charice) of Sioux Falls, SD, Deb Jacobsen (Ron) of Sioux Falls, SD, Cindy Ekeren of Sioux Falls, SD and Jenny Johnson (Dan) of Sioux Falls, SD; her in-laws, Cal and Pat Hoekstra; and her siblings-in-law, Kendra Schnabel (Larry) and Kyle Hoekstra (Lisa). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
