He is survived by: his significant other Shelly Grotjohn; his children, Shaila Christofferson (Lauren), Dana and Jon Christofferson; his sister Linda Maydole; his sister-in-law Deb Christofferson; his grandchildren, Kristina Christofferson, Lee Brown and Miles Christofferson; and his nieces and nephews, Lance Frisbee, Dustin Christofferson, Leslie Frisbee-Moeller (Michael) and Andrea Shea (Rick).
