He is survived by: his parents, Myron Plack of Madison, SD and Diane Plack; his children, Ainsley and Maddox Plack of Harrisburg, SD; his former wife Kristi Plack (Poppe) of Harrisburg, SD; his siblings, Angie Neises (Curt) of Carthage, SD, Brendon Plack (Lindsay) of Alexandria, VA and Brad Plack (Alissa) of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Emma, Jack Neises, Timmy, Katie Lou Plack, Billy and Lincoln Plack. He is also survived by several other relatives and family.
