It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Walter of Groton, South Dakota, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhardt Erdmann and Orlean Erdmann; and her brother Jan Gary Erdmann. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Walter; her sons, Tate Austin Walter (Olivia) and Paul Vernon Walter (Nichole Galbavy); her granddaughters, Emma and Sophie; her son Chantalle Galbavy; her sisters, Eileen Schuelke (Bill) of Groton, SD, Charlotte Erdmann of West Lafayette, IN, Barbara Whicker of West Lafayette, IN and Helen Gerhard (David) of Green Bay, WI; and her close friend Jean Walter of Groton, SD. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
