He was predeceased by: his wife Cassie; and his brothers, Keith and Verl. He is survived by: his close friend Joan Henry; his grandchildren, Dan (Diane Cutler), Linda (Bill Richter), Bruce (Barb Cutler), Pam (Tim Zoellner), Mark (Kristin Cutler) and Mike (Tracy Cutler); and his siblings, Lyle Cutler, Ann Carver and Mary Lynn James.
